PREPARING FOR AN M&A PROCESS

Getting ready for an M&A process has never been easier. With our day-to-day services, you have laid the foundations for a best-practice due diligence data room, created value in your day-to-day business and prepared to secure a deal on the best possible terms. With the bulk of the work taken care of, we put the finishing touches on your data room and perform a final review before opening it to a buyer (or more bidders). Furthermore, we apply various security settings to parts of your data room, allowing you to control exactly what you present to your counterparties.

We believe in flexible pricing – a price for each situation and every need. To service your situation and your need, we have assembled the most cost-efficient team through a combination of on the one side single-focused senior advisors and one the other side hands-on paralegals. We either invoice our services to you, the seller/target or as a split-fee reflecting the value created by our services on both sides of the table.

We offer upfront transparent fixed-price models – regardless of whether you need A-Z packages or a single service.

Subscription or Audits

To ensure your new documentation is also properly organised without unforeseeable future costs, we offer upfront fixed priced subscriptions or audits.

Hourly rates

We offer services on hourly rates. And if you want to compare us with the rest of the market, we offer our services at highly competitive hourly rates between DKK 500 -1,750.
